Description:
        Placing the machine in a suspended state with `zzz` and waking it up 
after any
        length of time results in the network card stopping working.
        The interface em0 appears in ifconfig and reports the previous 
connection
        (ie: the one before sleep). Ping and netstat appear frozen - there's  
        nothing. Unless I `ifconfig em0 down`, then ping shows the usual 'not 
connected.'
        I can `ifconfig em0 up` again, to no avail. ifconfig does report whether
        a carrier is present correctly though and the light by the port works.
        Running `sh /etc/netstart/` returns: 'no lease...sleeping'.
        dmesg: 'em0: watchdog: head 448 tail 0 TDH 448 TDT 448'
        The machine has to be rebooted to get networking back. 
How-To-Repeat:
        suspend the machine via apmd with zzz and power it back on.
