Onboard ethernet is now recognized and displays nonblinking orange
status LED. No address is acquired. Nothing shows on tcpdump -i
dwqe0 when /bin/sh -x /etc/netstart dwqe0 is executed. However
tcpdump -i dwqe1 yields multiple bootp messages with netstart also
failing to lead to acquisition of an address:

Note that iwx0 wireless interface is able to acquire address without
difficulty and functions normally.

When an address on the subnet is assigned to dwqe0 or dwqe1 manually
with ifconfig, ping to assigned address (interface itself) works but
not to gateway or anything else on the same subnet. Ifconfig does show
both interfaces to be up. This occurs with different ethernet cables
and different devices at the other end (WAP bridge and directly into
the firewall.) Hostname.dwqe[0,1] files have inet autoconf but I also
tried with all of the supported mediopt permutations without a change
in behavior.
