Hi, I think I found a bug in OpenBSD 7.5 running on my Raspberry Pi 4.
The problem manifests itself by a constant blinking of the LINK/ACK LED
on a switch connected to the RPi, like there is communication all the time.
I think the problem appears when the interface goes up. The easiest way
to see this on a working system is to put “down” into /etc/hostname.bse0
and reboot; the LED will be lit all the time. But when I put “up” into
hostname.bse0 and run netstart bse0, the LED starts blinking constantly.
This can be also reproduced easily on the installation media. Everything
is fine until I confirm DHCP on bse0; the LED starts blinking constantly
after a few seconds. This happens no matter if a DHCP server is present
or not; the same effect occurs when connected to the switch with a
router or without any other machines.
