Dear authors,
I am writing to report a bug in both bgpd and bgpctl.
In section 7.1 of RFC 8955, traffic-rate-bytes (sub-type 0x06) is defined
as float, not uint32_t. I tried to fix it by imitating existing functions. Due
to my limited coding ability, I only completed the modifications to the bgpctl.
There still has bugs in bgpd. And the attachment is diffs.
Sorry for my poor English proficiency. I hope I have expressed myself
