If you followed the documentation under
/usr/local/share/doc/pkg-readmes/
as well as paid attention to the zabbix_server.conf example for your
setup [1], everything should run fine. From checking your config below,
i'd say you've set the wrong socket for your database in
/etc/zabbix/zabbix_server.conf
For PostgreSQL you only need:
DBHost=/path/to/psql/socket
DBName=zabbix
DBUser=zabbix
DBPassword=StRoNgPaSsWoRd
[1] /usr/local/share/examples/zabbix/zabbix_server.conf
