bsd.rd does not halt on thinkpad x13 arm

Hello

When I make a reboot on the bsd.rd on usbkey. I get the blue messages :
panic: attempt to access user address 0x38 from EL1

panic: attempt to access user address 0x0 from EL1


and it go forever. After that, I shut down forcibly and it is hell to 
restart the computer the UEFI goes mad.

Sorry for the dmesg but the bsd don't boot.
