It's haunted me. However, this is the first time I've seen it in a non-dual-socket Xeon. I have no clear explanation and have seen various panics related to amap corruption. This is just one of them. In May I committed a redesign [1] of how vmm(4) creates shared guest memory to minimize some of this complexity and address possible race conditions. One of the goals was to resolve these amap corruption issues. If possible, are you able to try running snapshots? Otherwise, when the next release is cut, the redesign will be in vmm(4). I know it's hard to prove something fixed these types of issues as multiple times in the past I was convinced I had them fixed and months later a panic would surface.
