Environment: OpenBSD 7.8-current amd64 (snapshot 2025-09-17)

Description:
The ci(1) manual page documents an option -Mrev:

-Mrev   Set the modification time of the file to the date of the retrieved
rev.

This option does not make sense in ci(1), since ci performs check-in and does
not retrieve revisions. The -M option is valid for co(1), where the file is
actually retrieved.

Proposed fix:
Remove the -Mrev description from ci(1) manpage.
