Wow. I mainly use my BT headphones via uaudio via USB hub in the external
display and it works quite good.

But USB audio embeded in the external screen may detach for a second or so.

Also, when I load USB bus by 4K webcam, I may trigger a symptopms vers
closer to that Rafael describes with error in dmesg like:

usb_transfer_complete: actlen > len 2304 > 1920

I do have a note to dig into this, but never has a time to make a normal
investigation.

Maybe it rings some bells...
