https://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/snapshots/amd64/ or
somewhere on the list at https://www.openbsd.org/ftp.html

there are some 3rd-party liveusb "openbsd" builds but they are nothing
to do with the openbsd project, which is why I wanted to make sure this
wasn't from one of those.

yes

here is fine, it's just the large screenshots that are a problem :)

I would try this:

- at the boot loader, collect "machine memory" output in case that's
useful to someone (screenshot would probably make sense for this)

- at the boot loader, disable inteldrm as you already have, "disable
acpitz", "quit" in the hope that it's this that was causing the problem
and the system will stay running long enough to collect more info

- after boot, run sendbug -P > somefile as root, copy that file to
somewhere with email, and send it as a reply to this thread

and/or, check to see if updated firmware is available for the machine..

no need to resend this one, but URLs which are directly viewable in a
browser (i.e. individual images rather than 7z) would be more helpful,
also useful to have a quick description of the contents next to each url
(many developers will be reading email over ssh in a text based client,
copying a url to view in a browser is usually pretty straightforward,
anything with additional steps means fewer people are likely to look
into it)
