Could ssh-keygen print cert times with timezone information?

Hi.

For troubleshooting purposes between various locations, could following
output print also timezone information, or switch times to UTC?

$ ssh-add -L | ssh-keygen -L -f - | \
        awk 'length($0) > 65 { $0 = substr($0, 1, 25) "...<truncated>" } { 
print }'
