here is probably ok (but include the problem rather than pointing at github) but openssh bugzilla may be better. https://www.openssh.org/report.html doesn't talk about github PRs at all, and the flow is from openbsd to -portable, so if PRs are used at all they only really make much sense for changes specific to -portable. > But the workflows don't pass because some timeout.
