I investigated issue by capturing USB packets on different systems
(windows, macos) and discovered that there is no communication with
synchronization endpoint. However, on OpenBSD there is many, but it
seems all returning transfers are empty (I think it shouldn't be empty),
if I understood correctrly. I commented psync_xfer calls, but the
problem persist, then I commented usbd_open_pipe call and the problem
is gone. In 3 second sample I hear 2 pauses which occurs at different
times during each playback.
