Kernel build with option DEBUG and ATOM_DEBUG fails

Hi,

when trying to build the kernel with 'option ATOM_DEBUG' it
fails with the message: "error: 'ATOM_DEBUG' macro redefined
[-Werror,-fined]" in sys/dev/pci/drm/radeon/atom.c

For 'option DEBUG' it fails in sys/dev/pci/drm/amd/amdgpu/atom.c
with "error: 'DEBUG' macro redefined [-Werror,-Wmacro-redefined]".
