So. Normally, when i boot openbsd my rx 9060 xt shows no output and i think
it crashes, then reboots by itself with no output. And for some reason,
when i boot windows 11, shut it down and boot into openbsd it doesnt crash
and it sees my rx 9060xt and attaches properly. Can you look into this?
