We can discuss/argue whether this should be a warning/error all the time, only 
when RTEMS debug is enabled, or just silently ignored. At this point, let's 
leave it silently ignored. If a user ever reports that they configured a 
handler and were surprised the stack checker was still off, we can revisit 
[this. It](http://this.It) isn't a huge deal and the answer depends on how much 
misconfiguration detection should be provided.
