Hello!

I am Lucas, I am very interested in this project! I've been working with STM32
for a while and designed a few projects. Working in embedded systems is what I
like the most in CS, and I have been trying to learn more since my Computer
Architecture class (I even built a lab in my basement to debug the hardware). I
even learned how to design PCB to shrink one of my projects, and I really like
to program close to the hardware. I also have a small experience with FREE
RTOS, since I used it in one of my projects (Smart Valve Controller) to handle
concurrent tasks.

What makes me very excited for this project is the fact that I am working on a
API (that I am planning to leave it as a legacy to the school) for Atmega
chips, so the students can learn firmware on Arduino instead of just copy and
paste few lines of code without understanding it. I started this project when I
was invited to be TA, and developed it, with a few others, for the lab projects
(which are still being used in the class).

All I am trying to say is that I would be extremely happy in contributing to
this project!
