Gedare Bloom commented on a discussion: https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/merge_requests/1253#note_151461 It seems like there is a gap in the RTEMS interrupt API if there is a need to pull the tm27 support here. A quick look suggests this is to get easy access to a secondary timer on BSPs that have one, where the fallback is to use a software interrupt. Most likely the correct solution would be to provide an abstraction layer for the interrupt API to expose secondary timers. @sebhub is this reasoning correct? I haven't dug deeply enough in the code to be certain. -- View it on GitLab: https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/merge_requests/1253#note_151461 You're receiving this email because of your account on gitlab.rtems.org.
