There is, sometimes, a feeling that people learning <something/> should not "bother" the official channels. This is certainly not the case for triage: * we expect questions about triage * we *will* answer questions about triage (and sometimes, about other things as well ;-) * and we start from the "no question is foolish" point of view. * if you have a doubt, it is better to have it answered where most of the experts are. Please use the #ubuntu-bugs channel. It exists exactly to help triagers. This is the ideal place to talk about triage -- how to do it, what to do, when, why, etc. We do not bite. Seriously. ..C..
