I have been unable to replicate this issue. "Where 10.0.2.1 is the windows 
machine running poproxy.exe" Would you be able to provide us with your windows 
setup? eg. NT 40 sp6a

I tested this on W2000 sp1 with Nortan Antivirus 2000.
