Yes, it's still broken. We're missing a critical file (t2k.lib) from the
binary plugs that makes doing the build impossible.

Sadly, all of the engineering work has already been done to fix the build,
but adding that file would require legal approval to fix (since they'd
have to legally bless a new distribution).
Last word from Sun seems to be that it's more likely that the relevant
plug will become obsolete (perhaps in a month?) than that we'll get a
working Windows plug.
