As Kelly surmised, what you have is not OpenJDK. That's similar JDK7 source but is licensed under the Java Research License.

If you want the OpenJDK bits, you need to get that from:

    http://openjdk.java.net/

This has a different license which you should also read.

You'll need to obtain mercurial, and then download the bits from:

    http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk7/jdk7/*
