Why are you setting ALT_DEVTOOLS_PATH? I would not set that, let the default
be used.

I suspect you are missing some basic utilities or something, something used in
getting the
version number out running 'zip', 'unzip', and 'make -version'.
Let me know what these say:
which make
which ant
which zip
which unzip
It is possible GNU make 3.82 could be the issue, but I'm not sure what that
issue might be.
