Adding a chmod when copying msvcr100.dll into the jdk output dir. The unix permissions shouldn't be needed on windows, but if the bundles are unzipped on unix and accessed over nfs or samba, permissions matter.http://cr.openjdk.java.net/~erikj/8006873/webrev.jdk.01/
