Hi Peter,

try perfmon.exe to see where the bottleneck is. Most likely it is memory or io. If you have the option, go for a SSD drive (you will get build times ~10 minutes).

Langtools taking 6 minutes is crazy long. Since there is no native
code there, #1 would be my first guess.
