Yep, GCC-LLVM is no longer bundled with Xcode as of version 5. You can rename 
the old Xcode version and run it side-by-side, though I've noticed the Xcode 5 
command line tools interfered with Xcode 4.6's during the developer preview, 
you may have to reinstall the older CL tools or maybe Apple fixed it 
(doubtful...).

To switch between Xcode versions, use xcode-select. This will update all the 
symlinks and whatnot so the command line tools run from the selected location.

Example:
$ xcode-select -switch /Applications/Xcode\ 4.6.app
