Have you tried with just:
--with-freetype=/cygdrive/e/PoojaJDK8/freetype-2.4.7/freetype-2.4.7
(additionally I think my trial and error got me to put the dll in
/cygdrive/e/PoojaJDK8/freetype-2.4.7/freetype-2.4.7/lib)
?
