Just "bash configure --with-boot-jdk=/myjdk". Do you mean xcodebuild should not 
be called?

IIRC, gcc is just a wrapper for any compiler. At least it's on my system and 
'gcc -version' shows LLVM.

On the other hand, it looks like xcodebuild is not always installed.
