In JDK 10 we removed the old closed source KCMS color management library.Since we expect to support 8u for some years to come, we'd also like to remove it from 8u,
since it already superseded there by LCMS and KCMS is just a liability.The source is closed, but all the make files are in the open make directory, hence this RFR
