This was a deliberate jtreg design choice, when support for native
libraries was added, but IIRC
this decision could reasonably be changed, if that becomes desirable.
For the moment, we're talking about one small library that needs to be
duplicated, so it's not a big issue. If this ever changes, so I think
jtreg should be updated, I promise I'll let you know. :-)
