Yes, the "any release" meant any Apache release. Anybody is free to do all
the releases they want externally as long as they comply with the Apache
License (which Buildr was using already before anyway). So in the meantime I
don't see any problem with releasing on Rubyforge as long as it's not Apache
endorsed.
