I'm thinking maybe we should have: profile => always returns the current profile profiles => return a hash of profiles With a hash, you can easily retrieve a particular profile, like profiles['development'], list all the profiles, add or change them in code, etc. You can do fallback, e.g.: profiles['qa'] || profiles['test'] Assaf Regards, > Yanko >
