Hi,Allow a user to tag projects and get projects by tag. Tags can be inherited and removed in child projects.
This will create lightweight grouping. For example if I have several projects (sub projects of separate projects) that deal with adding support for some technology 'X', then I can tag them as 'X' and then enable them when the user passes 'with-X=true' in the command line
