Right now there's a large crop of build spam accruing on the wave-commits@incubator lists because mecurial isn't installed on their jenkins slave. New messages are inbound on a per-minute basis.
Could someone with jenkins admin karma please help these folks out and disable their build? See INFRA-3741 for more details. Thanks.
