Both of the Related Links in this issue talk about Jenkins, but the builds you
linked to are Buildbot.
Please dont confuse Jenkins and Buildbot.
Buildbot does builds on ci.apache.org/waterfall
Jenkins does builds on builds.aapche.org
The Creadur project has been using Buildbot to build the RAT product for
years, you seem to be wanting to work on getting them working on Jenkins, but
keep looking at Buildbot failed builds.
