I fixed a couple of syntax errors and committed about 37 min ago and got
this error:

svn: E195012: Unable to find repository location for '
https://svn.apache.org/repos/infra/infrastructure/buildbot/aegis/buildmaster/master1/projects/apex.conf'
in revision 1000234

Not sure if a new build occurred; I don't see any new entries at:
https://ci.apache.org/projects/
