Building native (C/C++) code

Hi,

In Apache NetBeans (incubating), we have some smallish native (C/C++)
components. I'd like to ask: are there any official build servers that can
build C/C++ code for Windows? (Does not need to be Windows, IMO, could even
be cross-compilation.) And if yes, are there existing projects that are
using them, so that we could look how to do things properly?
