Note that we do have Fedora PostgreSQL and Apache httpd as part of the Fedora Dockerfiles project. And at least the Apache one is part of the upstream hub: https://registry.hub.docker.com/u/fedora/apache/ I'm not sure why the PostgreSQL one isn't.
