Did my response to the Addison Mizner question get through?  I haven't seen it in the digest mode.

In short, yes, Mizner designed the building in 1911.  I have a book here about Mizner, with a few pages on the building, including floor plans.  If this post actually gets through, let me know and I'll get you the correct citation.  I could also send those pages if you want.
