Degree / Diploma in Telecommunication/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields with minimum 5 years experience in Telecommunication preferably in Microwave industry 5. Experience in management skill in Project Engineering and setting up of project team 6. Wide knowledge in Radio Technically and Network Management System (NMS) 7. Ability to converse in English 8. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment 9. Able to travel within short notice Position: Sales Manager Requirements: 1. To plan execute business plan 2. To develop strong relationship with existing and new customers and business partners 3. To formulate and develop strategies for new customers to achieve sales growth and to maintain existing account for more sales growth 4. Responsible for preparing of proposals, co-ordinate tender submission etc 5. Responsible for contract negotiation and follow up on closing 6. Ensure on time delivery of equipment to customers 7. Degree / Diploma in the field of Telecommunication or Electronics with minimum 5 years Sales experience 8. Preferably experience in Telco markets, Microwave industry 9. Sales experience in APAC region a must 10. Highly motivated, decisive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills 11. Able to travel within short notice Position: Pre-Sales Manager Requirement: 1. Management of Pre-Sales activities locally 2. Handles and manage network planning and tender clarification 3. Degree / Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in Telco industry and minimum 3 years in the Terrestrial Communication 4. Experience in handling tender, RFP, SOC 5. Experience in networking planning with Path Lost (Link Calculation) 6. Knowledge and experience in IP, RF Microwave and Microwave PTP 7. Hands-on experience an advantage 8. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability in dynamic environment 9. Able to travel within short notice Position: Junior and Senior Telco Engineer Requirement: 1. Handling projects and interfacing with customers 2. Provide technical and customer support 3. Degree / Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering with 3 years (Junior) and 5 years (Senior) relevant experience in Telco industry 4. Knowledge in planning and Engineering (Path Lost 4, TEMS) 5. Knowledge in IP an advantage 6. Experience in Project Management Position: Logistic Manager Requirement: 1. Degree / Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering or related fields with minimum 5 years experience in Telecommunication 2. Highly motivated, decisive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills 3. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment 4. Able to travel within short notice 5. Hands-on experience an advantage Position: Account Manager Requirement: 1. Responsible for overall relationship with the customer 2. Ensure good understanding of customers requirements and current market information 3. Involve all activities to ensure the establishment of the brand 4. Explore for opportunity to achieve Sales targets with Pre-Sales team 5. Pro-actively deliver new Sales into existing customer portfolio 6. Responsible for credit collection with the Finance team 7. Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication / Electrical / Computer Science or related field of study 8. Minimum 3 years sales experience in the Telecommunication industry with proven track record 9. Familiar with International Trading, International Law, Business Management principles, Credit Collection, Finance Management, Bidding procedures, etc 10. Must be able to communicate effectively in English Position: SITAC Manager Requirement: 1. Responsible to ensure for land acquisition process with the local citizen and district government regulations in accordance to support smoothest of project implementation Position: CME Manager Requirement: 1. Responsible for site acquisition, CME and ITC work standard to meet the customer requirement 2. Good knowledge in GSM / GPRS / CDMA networking Engineering and to recommend approved subcontractors to perform Site Acquisition , CME and ITC work service 3. Set objectives, structure, organize and plan activities within CME or ITC work groups as well to prepare and update the implementation program in cooperation with the Project Manager 4. Supervise for Subcontractor task including progress, schedule and quality at the field 5. CME background with 3 years experience in the same field Position: Microwave Engineer Requirement: 1. Handle for Microwave project 2. Provide Engineering technical support for Microwave Transmission project 3. Provide high level technical training to customer and commissioning workers 4. 3 years working experience in Microwave Engineering, strong technical knowledge for Microwave element and equipment Position: R & F Engineer Requirement: 1. Handle for R & F project 2. Provide Engineering technical support for R & F transmission project 3.
