LEAD PROGRAMMER - JAVA JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead in the architecture, design and development of applications Lead a group of junior developers in software development projects Participate in user requirement study, application tuning, testing and deployment REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Hands-on experience in developing large-scale high performance applications 2+ years solid experience in application development Experience in object-oriented analysis and design, database management, data structure, computer networking, and object-oriented programming. Highly motivated, strong software design and debugging skills. Must be a team player, and work well with others. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills COMPUTER SKILLS: Java experience required. SQL experience required (MSSQL, Oracle). JSP experience required. Experience with Eclipse IDE is a plus.
