Our client is a well-known public listed company dealing in integrated
poultry industry, starting from breeding, hatchery, slaughterhouse, feed mill
and poultry equipment. Serving customers throughout the Indonesia market and
its surrounding countries.
To support its rapid expansion, the company is looking for a highly qualified
candidate for a Corporate Secretary.
The incumbent will report directly to the President Director and be
responsible for the overall Corporate Secretarial function, including:
a. To keep abreast of any changes to regulations of the capital market
b. To provide the public with information on the companys overall
condition as required by investor
c. To provide recommendation to the Board of Director with respect to
ensuring compliance with capital market laws and regulation
d. To act as contact person between company, the Capital Market
Supervisory Agency public
e. To attend to BOD meeting and summarize minutes meeting
f. To be responsible for RUPS, Public Expose and others Corporate Action
g. To act as investor and media relation
h. Managing the operation of affiliated company
i. Handling Private / Confidential Matters
j. Subordinate : Legal & Compliance Department
