FINANCIAL AND BUSINESS ANALYST (FBA) Duties and Responsibilities: Assists in the analysis of financial data and Operational KPI. Extracts and defines relevant information; interprets data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability. Valuation of real assets (in a prospective acquired company) based on financial analysis, industry analysis, operational analysis, risk assessment, and others. Audit of financial statements and operational compliance. Reviews costs and performs cost benefit analysis related to projects and/or programs. Identify cost components in each business segments and their contribution to the financial performance. Develop and evaluate its budget. Performs statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data reported in the various financial systems. Develops financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis. Records, classifies, and summarizes financial transactions and events in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Interprets financial transactions and events for users who must make economic or business decisions. Applies a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations; verifies documents for completeness and compliance with government and private agencies. Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports. Other related duties as required. Qualification Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of bachelor degree in Economic/Business Administration in Finance/ Accounting from a well known university with a minimum GPA 3.00 (out of 4.00). Able to do financial analysis (Financial statement), industry/business analysis, valuation of real assets, evaluation of operation system Having a minimum of 1 (one) year experience in a well-known registered public accountant (KAP) or as a Financial and business analyst in a well known company is preferable. Strong knowledge in Accounting and interpreting financial statements. Proficiency in English both oral and written is a must Honest, active, loyal, fast learner, outgoing, and able to work in a team and/or independently. Having a good analytical skill, communication skill and presentation skill Able to work overtime and under pressure Good time management.
