Infrastructure, Finance & Banking, Telecommunication, Properties and start to
growth for Engineering and EPC in Oil & Gas Sector, is searching for highly
qualified candidate for the following positions:
Project Manager (PM)
Responsibilities:
Control the completion Schedule as a target with good Quality and efficient
Cost (manpower, material & equipments)
Control for execution at Site and managing coordination of M&E, Architectural &
Civil Works.
Preparing periodical report
Experience:
University degree in Engineering preferably Civil Engineering
Minimum of 5 years experience on high-rise projects, this in the function of;
site manager, engineering manager, construction manager or project manager from
consultant of construction management
Fluent in oral & accurate in written English (Min. Passive)
Min. 35 years old
Good understanding have; cost control, quality systems, contract administration
and safety
IT knowledge of; MS Office, Power Point, AutoCAD, MS Project and Primavera as a
minimum
Have a PMP (Professional Project Management) certificate would be an advantage
Competencies:
Dynamic person with high level of self-motivation and self-confidence
Leadership/Management competencies to manage and lead a team
Good level of judgment and problem analysis skills for technical as well
interpersonal matters (soft skills)
Pro-active person and having technical as well managerial and commercial
capability
