General requirement:
Female, max 38 years old
Holding minimun bacheloor degree from reputable University in Phychology /
Law / human Resource
Strong leadership, excellent communication in English is a must
Min 5 years of experience in same position
Preferably came from Food Industry / Flavour & Fragrance company
Expretise in IR, Compensation& Bemefit, Training
