ASST. LEGAL MANAGER (ALG-M)
Requirements :
* Bachelor Degree in Law with a reputable university, minimum
of GPA: 3.00
* Have experience min 3- 5 years in property
* Assist and support other, related legal duties
* Able to work effectively as an individual and also in a team
environment
* Able to work well under tight deadline
* Able to review and evaluating contracts and relate to
business plan or strategy
* Good negotiation and leadership skill is a must
* Responsible, self motivated, strong analytical thinking,
good legal knowledge, hard working and able to work under pressure
* Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills
* Good command of English language, both in written and verbal
MARKETING SUPERVISOR (MS)
Requirements:
* Male/ Female, age below 30 years old
* Min. Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Management
* Min. 2 years working experience in Sales
* Fluent in English, both oral and written
* Self motivated, creative, energetic, and relationship building
skill
* Capable of achievement Sales target
SALES REPRESENTATIVES (SR)
Requirements:
* Male/ Female, age below 25 years old
* Min. Diploma Degree in Marketing or Business Management
* Have min. 1 year of proven and demonstrated track record of
Sales
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill
Fluent in English, both oral and written
* Good appearance, self motivated, creative, energetic, and
ambitious toward goals and target
* Capable of achievement Sales target.
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (CSO)
Requirement:
* Min. D3 from any discipline / major
* Female age between 21 - 25 years old
* Experience in the same field min. 1 Year
* Proficient verbal & written English and computer literate
* High Motivation
* Good communication skill
* Good service attitude
* Good looking and pleasant personality
* Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
* Hard worker, responsibility, honest, can work in team work and
willing to work overtime
R E C E P T I O N I S T (RCP-M)
Requirements:
* Female max 25 years old
* Associate degree with any educational background
* Has experience as receptionist at least one year in hotel
* Good appearance, pleasant personality, highly motivated, good
communication
* Good command of English both written and oral
* Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested by
Marketing Dept
