For these purposes, we are looking for professionals to be position as: *Product Development Manager (Code: 19350001) � 1 position* Qualifications: - Education background: university degree in plant science / agriculture. - At least 5 (five) years experiences in hybrid plant production / agronomy / seed industry. - Able to supervise / manage the subordinates. - Fluent in English. - Computer literate. - Willing to work on some weekends & public holidays as well as willing to travel. - Good communication skill. - Must possess excellent analytical & interpersonal skills. *Assistant Product Development Manager (Code: 16350001) � 1 position* - Education background: university degree in plant science / agriculture. - At least 2 (two) years experiences in hybrid plant production and agronomy / seed industry. - Fluent in English. - Computer literate. *Product Technical Manager (Code: 19360001) � 1 position* - Education background: university degree in plant science / agriculture. - At least 4 (four) years experiences in agro industry. - Able to supervise / manage the subordinates. - Fluent in English. - Computer literate. - Willing to work on some weekends & public holidays as well as willing to travel. - Good communication skill. - Must possess excellent analytical & interpersonal skills.
