Indonesia, is currently looking for potential candidates for the following
position;
HEAD OF MARKETING FAMILY PLANNING
The incumbent will be responsible to build profitable business for Family
Planning unit, through strong marketing and sales strategies. Execute the
strategies to achieve the set company¢s objective. The incumbent will report
directly to Director of Family Planning.
The requirements of this position are shown below:
Age between 30 to 40 years
Bachelor degree from reputable university
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Min 4 years related working experiences in consumer sector.
At least 5 years of experiences in manager position.
Excellent negotiation, good interpersonal skill, analytical skill and effective
leader and coaching
Strong experiences in Marketing and Sales concept as well as in the
implementation, preferably from cigarettes or beer products.
The candidate must display clear track records of successfully launching new
product lines nationwide.
The candidate should also display sound understanding of consumer sentiments,
feedback methodology and the ability to manage changes with the view to
improving market positioning of the company¢s products.
The candidate is also expected to have strong working knowledge and contacts
with relevant marketing media and channels in launching and brand building of
the company¢s products
