CAD Draftsmen (for Architect, M/E, and Civil) General Requirements * Max 45 years old for manager level, max 35 years old for assistant manager level, max 30 years old for staff level * Holding bachelor degree * Experience in the same position min. 4 years for manager level, 3 years for assistant manager level, and 2 years for staff level * Preferably from property/hospitality industry * Strong leadership and exceptional detail in follow up * Excellent command of English; written and spoken Specific Requirements * Knowledgeable of mechanical and utilities systems with the ability to troubleshoot and implement corrective actions (#1) * Knowledgeable in legal drafting, agreements and negotiating contracts. Having good relationship with government officials.
