National Sales & Promotion Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Meruya Utara, Kembangan, Jakarta Barat)
Responsibilities:
1. Leading sales team on achieving sales target 2. Preparing
target breakdown to branches 3. Preparing sales programs to modern
and traditional market 4. Monitoring & evaluating sales achievement,
stock control, market potency and availability, and program
implementation on branches 5. Maintaining relationship to outlets
and distributors 6. Maintaining operational cost effectiveness on
branches 7. Building an excellent sales team
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business
Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing,
Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent. * Required skill(s):
Leadership, Sales & Promotion Management, Negotiation & Interpersonal
Skill. * Required language(s): English * At least 5 year(s) of
working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Meruya Utara,Kembangan,Jakarta
Barat. * Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General
(FMCG Company), specializing in Healthcare - Pharmacy or equivalent,
especially in Health Supplement or Pharmacy - both OTC and Ethical area.
* Full-Time positions available. * Applicants should be Indonesian
citizens or hold relevant residence status.
